Admissions Process

Welcome to Cornerstone Christian Academy!

Choosing the right school for your student is an important decision, and we’re honored you’re considering Cornerstone for your K-8 education. Our Admissions team is here to guide you every step of the way,  from your first inquiry to your first day on campus. At Cornerstone, we value the opportunity to partner with families who want a strong academic foundation rooted in faith, community, and character.

Our 5-Step Admissions process:

Step 1: Get to know CornerstoneStart by completing an Inquiry Form, to begin your process with our Admissions team.

We also encourage you to register and attend one of our Admissions events, like an Open House or one of our monthly Virtual Information Sessions.

Step 2: Submit your online Application

Ready to apply? Create your account and complete the online Application. Applications include a $75 non-refundable Student Application and Assessment Fee.

If you’d like to check availability in a particular grade before applying, please contact us at admissions@cornerstonephiladelphia.com.

Step 3: Share your student's full academic records and schedule an Admissions Assessment

Records include transcripts for the current and previous years and, if available, standardized test scores. Cornerstone provides a Records Release Form for you to submit to your student's current school.

Then, we will schedule your Admissions Assessment. These Assessments take place on our campus and are tailored to each incoming student's grade level. Please remember to bring your student's most recent report card.

Step 4: Receive your Admissions decision and apply for Tuition Assistance

Once accepted into Cornerstone, you will complete a Tuition Assistance Application. At this time you will provide the first two pages of your current 1040 tax forms, in order to be considered for tuition assistance. Please ensure that your student is listed as a dependent on these forms.

Step 5: Accept your agreement. Welcome to Cornerstone!You've made it to the final step! Receive your Tuition Agreement, which includes your personalized tuition assistance information.

Review and sign the Tuition Agreement, finalize your payment plan from a range of flexible choices, and officially join the Cornerstone community!
