Teammates are more than donors, they are friends for life.

Cornerstone’s Teammate program pairs you with Middle School students, offering an opportunity to form a mentorship bond and genuine friendship. Teammates and students share written correspondence throughout the year and interact in-person during Teammate Days and Teammate Chapels.

As a Teammate, you will make a financial commitment in support of Cornerstone student scholarships, and then attend the on-campus events to get to know your Teammate student better. In becoming a teammate, you are taking a hands-on role in the transformation taking place here.

How can I get to know my Teammate student?

The best Teammate relationships are those that blossom into genuine friendships. We offer several opportunities for you to spend time in-person with your Teammate student throughout the school year:

Teammate Chapel - October 4, 2025: To start off each year, we invite you to meet your Teammate students and their families during a special Chapel service, followed by a light brunch.

Fall Teammate Day - November 20, 2025: Teammates gather on our campus and participate in fun, team-building games and events. It's always a fun time to get to know your students, as well as your fellow Teammates.

Spring Teammate Day - May 21, 2026: Teammates and students embark on a field trip together and spend the day bonding and having fun. It's our favorite event of the year!

We also encourage Teammates and students to send cards, postcards, or written messages at least three times per school year, but there's no limit to how often you write!
