Become a Teammate and Change the Life of a Student
There is no more fulfilling and personal way to support our school than to become a Cornerstone Teammate. This program pairs you with one of our amazing middle school students and invites you in to our campus community throughout the school year.
You will build a genuine and lasting connection as you mentor your student through in-person events, field trips, and correspondence throughout the year, all aimed at providing a fun and enriching experience for students and Teammates alike.
Take your support to the next level and find out how much you can receive in return by getting to know our incredible students.

I've been in this program for three years and I like being able to interact with more people. It's great to have mentor figures in our lives that offer comfort and advice.Benjamin J., 8th grade
A Year in the Life of a Teammate

Teammate Chapel (Fall)
The Teammate program kicks off with a special chapel service dedicated to Teammates. You are invited to meet your student and their families during a light breakfast, and take a personalized campus tour.

Teammate Luncheon (Fall)
You are invited to join with students and other Teammates on our campus from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM for games and activities during a fun and relationship-building lunch.

Teammate Field Trip (Spring)
During our capstone Teammate event, you are invited to join your student on an experiential trip that takes you to a fun off-campus event, such as historical bus tours, a trip to John Heinz Wildlife Refuge, and a mini golf trip.

Sharing Notes and Encouragement
Teammates are encouraged to share postcards, notes, holiday cards and other written correspondence to keep in touch during the school year.

Sharing in the Pride of Graduation Day
As a Teammate, once your student has finished 8th grade, you are invited to join our graduation ceremony to be a part of their crowning academic achievement at Cornerstone.
Teammate Sponsorship Levels
The cost to educate a Cornerstone student is $24,900 per year. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to provide Tuition Assistance for 100% of Cornerstone families. Your Teammate contribution goes towards bridging the gap between the full cost of tuition and what a family can reasonably afford. All Teammate sponsorship is designated for student scholarships.
We are proud to offer three tiers of sponsorship that reflect your giving capacity and season of life:
Partner Circle: $5,000+
Your Partner Circle sponsorship supports Cornerstone’s scholarship program and ensures that every middle school student is paired with someone who cares deeply for them and is invested in their personal and academic success. Partner Circle support also makes it possible for Cornerstone to offer accessible entry points for the Young Professionals Circle, strengthening the future of the Teammates community.
Family Circle: $1,500 - $4,999
Your Family Circle sponsorship supports Cornerstone's scholarship program and ensures that every middle school student is paired with someone who cares deeply for them and is invested in their personal and academic success.
Young Professionals Circle: $500+
The Young Professionals Circle offers an opportunity for individuals early in their career who want to make a difference in the life of a student.
Your Young Professionals sponsorship supports Cornerstone’s scholarship program and ensures that every middle school student is paired with someone who cares deeply about them and is invested in their personal and academic success. This sponsorship provides the full Teammate experience at an entry-level contribution, as you begin building your relationship and deepen your engagement with Cornerstone over time.
All Teammate contributions can be made online, via mailed check, or using any of the many ways to give to Cornerstone.
For Teammate participation in the 2026–27 school year, we ask that you make your gift between July 1 – December 31, 2026.

Making the Most of the Time With Your Student
The Teammate program is centered around three on-campus events each school year: a dedicated chapel service that kicks off the program, a luncheon in the fall, and a spring field trip.
Ideally, Teammates will engage for a four-year commitment, giving you the chance to shepherd your student through middle school and into graduation, where you can share in their accomplishments and celebrate their success.
